Disappointed! As a big fan of Peele movies, probably the worst of his works I would say. For the first hour was extremely confusing but carried on watching expecting some amazing twists to pull it all together - never happened and just got worse to be honest. I gave 2 stars because I managed to not switch it off before the end!

I enjoyed the film. Visuals and cinematography was great. Probably Peele’s best visuals in a film yet. Definitely prefer Get Out and Us but in all fairness Get Out was a masterpiece as a modern horror. The story could have been more interesting but I was still engaged all throughout with the interesting style of an alien movie where the main goal was to get the golden picture of it. The subtle teasing of the alien/ufo was done well and created good suspense however I wish all of that build up led to a more satisfying or clever ending.

50/50 for me on Nope, just wasn't quite right, like, unfinished maybe?

The title of this film shoulda been the answer when someone asked if I was gonna watch it. Not happy.

Disappointing to say the least. All the hype and buildup...meh.

I'm not sure Nope is Jordan Peele's best work without rewatching Get Out and Us. It certainly starts off in that fashion where there is mystery and you're trying to work out what's going on for yourself.

It's testament to today's World in which we live but as things start to become clearer you are left a little bit disappointed. Almost, like so many others, where the trailer has given you a sense of urgency to go and watch it but it leaves you short, and you feel completely conned.

This may seem harsh but you're better off waiting for it to be streamable than on the bigger screens.
