Margaux, less predictable than expected, weaves dark humor into the movies message about technology, social media, data mining and loss of privacy. Margaux is a “smart house” gone mad in the format slasher films. The movie has its highs and lows, which is expected in this type of film, but there are enjoyable turns of plot and displays of malicious tech to keep things interesting. It’s the perfect format that makes movies like Margaux fun to watch. I love Jedidiah Goodacre in anything he does and Madison Pettis is surprisingly good as is Richard Harmon. As long as you know not to take it too seriously, have a good time watching Margaux.

Was okay at the start but middle was a lot of waffle, ending weird and not sure what happened. Is her boyfriend dead and is Margaux in the car with her?

MARGAUX is a pretty cool horror flick that's quite original in its story although not in its grand scheme of simply killing everyone. Whilst I'd happily watch millennials be slaughtered in a horror film all day long it's the characters depth that interests me more in MARGAUX - they are afterall just college kids wanting to have fun on a weekend off and no amount of MS Office software should try and teach them a lesson in life which features blood curdling horror.

There are some interesting kills as you can imagine with AI and it's certainly one to watch tonight or this weekend.
