The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1

If your a hunger games fan and have been following the story you will be entertained. Although slightly slow you enjoy the last but one film.. as a footnote it deviates slightly from the book and not better for it.

The Hunger Games:Mockingjay Part 1 is the worst entry in the hunger games franchise but still essential viewing for Hunger Games fans. Less action and a particularly slow first half provide a less thrilling entry.



While acting and small political hints to the real world keep the film entertaining. The second half picks up and allows the film to still be an entertaining entry. It is a good set up for the final film and the suspense is great.



President Snow is given more time to develop into a fearful antagonist. 3/5
