Taurus is a bio based on music but if you'll excuse the pun there isn't much to sing or dance about in this Tim Sutton film. Musicians have their struggles just like anyone else and perhaps it's their talent that provides the shock factor once their demise is nailed.

Taurus has some 'alright' acting but it's the predictable story that grinds the most in what has been told a thousand times and it therefore didn't grab me emotionally for any part of the film, nor did I want to put Spotify on after, it was pretty dull.

There were a few rays of sunshine in this cloudy drama, Megan Fox being one of them but then she doesn't really have to say anything to draw attention. Colson Baker was very good as the troubled rockstar Cole but even his performance couldn't drag any sympathy out of me.

If you consider yourself to be hardcore where rockers are concerned then you might find this above two stars but for me Taurus isn't a bio that will grip many else.
