Definitely worth a watch once. Drug Addiction + Love = Problems.

Realistic to a point. Final 15 mins are tense af. Good movie.

Was good to a point, started to get rushed at the end in my opinion.

I kinda enjoyed it but thought the ending was a bit naff and a bit harsh from her.

River Road (2022) is a well directed look into a mix of drugs and crime by Rob Willey. It's sexy, cool and has a tiny bit of Natural Born Killers about it in that two lovers will turn to crime after passion and to feed their addictions.

The filming works really well, especially when they dabble in narcotics (maybe the wrong narcotics). I'm not a technical person when it comes to film lenses and the like but Willey certainly did something to make it very realistic to the audience.

The cinematography, certainly along the river is breathtaking.

One could claim River Road is a 'Potential Riches to Rags' type movie but it's more than that. It's tense, gritty and will have you biting a nail or two. I do think it's a little short at just under 1 hour 30 minutes and one of the later scenes, involving a fist fight, whilst realistic, is probably not needed.

I would certainly recommend River Road if you like rock, drug related films and something a little tense.
