Piggy is a story that initially focuses on bullying which then builds up into a revenge story with a neat twist.
It's a tough one to review without giving too much away so I'll simply say that you should watch it. It has the drama and anticipation you desire on top of the uneasiness and queasyness that you will feel during the film from start to finish. It will certainly give you anxiety in the way that perhaps Speak No Evil might have done.
Foreign horrors are putting the US and UK to shame big time this year and this should be a horror you stick on your watch list this weekend without doubt.
