Moral of the story is only marry if you're in love. Movie was okay but quite long.
Some good music and lots of romance so if you like that sort of thing you'll like this movie.
At over 2 hours long Purple Hearts is long for what it is and whilst it educates you on the military benefits system in the US it does drag along.
The acting is impressive but I get the sense the actors are bored with each other by the end of the film. Purple Hearts has plenty of feeling, some great music and a few tense moments when the web starts to come in on them. You just need to be prepared with the pause button, plenty of snacks and maybe a whiskey at the end.
