I enjoyed watching this film and it was the first time I have watched it. Normally I find films that were made in the 1970s or any year before that decade dated but this one wasn’t dated at all and was actually a fun film to watch.

The songs were fantastic and the whole cast were perfect and surprisingly I didn’t know that a few are actually singers, I didn’t know that John Travota was a singer as well as an actor until I watched this film and I think that he was a great singer when singing the songs.

The movie is now a classic but I myself definitely had a good time watching it.

If you haven’t seen Grease, then I recommend that you see it. It is a brilliant film for teens and adults.

Grease is a romantic teen musical comedy production portraying life in the late 1950s. The character “Danny Zuko” (played by John Travolta) is a bad-boy, leather-clad high school senior who meets up with an Aussie at the beach by the name, Sandy Olsson (played by Olivia Newton-John) and gets involved in a summer romance. With her family’s plans changed, she sticks around and attends the same high school as Danny. As typical of teens, they spat, make up, spat again and make up again. Though rated PG by the Motion Picture Association of America, the movie contains some sexual content that may not be suitable for younger viewers.

Personally it is one of my favourite movies to watch while I was growing up and I think I would still enjoy watching now. It is a nice musical and Sandy is the kind of female role models with need in the world right now.
