- Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves is set to be released in March 2023 and will star Chris Pine as Elgin, Michelle Rodriguez as Holga, and Hugh Grant as Forge Fletcher.
- Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has confirmed that Thunderbolts would be the final project of Phase 5. The Thunderbolts may include The Punisher, Justin Hammer from Iron Man 2, Ghost, from Ant-Man and the Wasp, and possibly even Bucky Barnes.
- Tomb Raider 2 will once again star Alicia Vikander with filming set to start at the end of 2022 or start of 2023.
- Teen Wolf: The Movie – based on the TV series will include Tyler Posey who reprises his role as werewolf Scott McCall and is still rumoured to be released late 2022.
- The 79th Venice Film Festival (August 31-September 10) has been announced and set to include films by Susanna Nicchiarelli, Darren Aronofsky, Andrew Dominik, Alejandro G. Inarritu, Joanna Hogg, Luca Guadagnino and Martin McDonagh.
- Game of Thrones actor Peter Dinklage will play a part in The Hunger Games prequel.
