The Sleep Experiment is a nice idea even though these types of 'experiment' films have been done a hundred times as this one is more from the detectives side of things as they investigate. We do obviously get to see the horrors of the participants as they recount the goings on.

The overall finishing with The Sleep Experiment isn't quite there, possibly due to budget restraints but the intensity is there in batches though it doesn't always drag you into the story that deeply.

The acting is wholly second rate, more a C Movie or worse and you'll soon find out what I mean if you watch it, like your gran and mother have acted for the first time. You can't help but feel sorry for them but hopefully they'll all move onto bigger things very soon.

If you want a giggle at the script, acting and poor FX then give The Sleep Experiment a shot but please don't expect to be adding this to your top 100 or awards list.
