I had to stream this at a very early hour which meant darkness. In truth it added to the atmosphere watching The Harbinger however I am certain I have seen this before, or at least a version that is very, very close to it.
It had some good jump scares in my opinion but again they could well have been because of the hour I was watching it. The story will be familiar to many though having the ghost following you to another town is a new one on me. A ghost that stalks people may just have legs 🙂
Three stars from me for The Harbinger - I would say watch it but don't go overboard with expenditure on Champagne or similar. A bottle of coke and some crisps will do.
