You'll get more laughs than action from Operation Seawolf, mainly due to the poor acting and below par cinematography. It's very low budget.
Some of the scenes in the US office are like you're in a kitchen being filmed by your dad in the late 80's and the action scenes aboard both the ships and subs aren't much to shout about.
Operation Seawolf though is a decent story and it does get tense towards the end although anyone who knows their World War 2 history will already know the ending. It is worth a watch but place your tongue firmly in your cheek.
