Really funny but feel for Ben Stiller's character Gaylord. It would be a struggle in any world having to meet Robert De Niro as your father in law. Loved them trying to beat each other back hoe from the restaurant.
A heartfelt comedy constructed from a series of awkward moments and disastrous mishaps as a love struck Stiller gains the approval of his prospective in-laws. The words 'obnoxious, rude and arrogant' spring to mind' A sure way of getting out of spending Christmas with your 'significant others' parents!
This movie has divided opinions since it came out and still does, one reason I think that is the case because it means different things to different people depending on their sense of humor.
For me it was a completely hilarious movie, while my sister who has a 13 years old daughter thought it was a little too agonizing for her especially as she watched it with her child.
For me I enjoyed the series and expected this movie to be as funny as it is and I wasn’t disappointed in any way. One thing I enjoyed the most is the chemistry between the leading actors Ben Stiller and Robert Di Nero.
Just like ‘Meet the Fockers’ and ‘Little Fockers’ I find this movie totally enjoyable as the actors made me laugh more than I have done for the past couple of weeks.
