You won't find a better, more experienced cast than this. In particular the two leads in Kevin Kline and Sigourney Weaver.
Their chemistry in The Good House is a delight to see even though you would have guessed that at the start. For me though their chemistry is the highlight and although funny and relateable in parts not even these two can turn the script into 5 star viewing.
There is some beautiful photography throughout which is always nice to see where location is concerned and the run time is just about right at just under two hours. Once again though I have to come back to the script which lacked legs for the duration, almost running out of ideas halfway through.
Nonetheless, The Good House is a nice, simple drama with warmly laughable moments and two of the Worlds greatest actors.
