Love these little guys. Was good fun. Children always enjoy it. Think a new Minion film is on way aswell!
This film was ok. I find it funny but I have to agree that I prefer the Despicable Me films than this film.
The start of the film was quite amusing as the minions were trying to find their master but it went slightly downhill towards the end of the film but it still had some funny moments at times.
I even remembered watching this film when it came out in the cinema and I didn’t realise until most recently that I started to miss Gru, well he eventually showed up in the end but it wasn’t the same without him but I did like Scarlet Overkill nonetheless.
This is a great film that the whole family will enjoy but it is not as fun as the Despicable Me films.
After watching ‘Despicable Me’ I was excited to see Minions, so I and my family went to see the film together, in hindsight, I wish I had stayed back home to watch the news or read a book.
Almost as soon as the movie started I felt like leaving, since I was with my family, I decided to endure the miserable movie only to find out at the end of the film that everyone in my family also did not enjoy the movie.
The only thing I learnt about the movie was that the Minions were just struggling throughout to get the new evil leader. The movie begins and ends with no good element of note at all.
I thought the movie would be funny, but apart from two or three occasions, I didn’t see any reason to laugh, Despicable Me was good, but this is a waste of time.
