Bridget Jones’s Diary (2001)

This movie is not the most unpredictable film out there, but it still kept me glued to my seat for its entire duration, I can boldly say that it is one of the best romantic comedies I have ever watched.

I like the way Bridget is constantly trying to improve herself and become a better human being while also looking for love at the same time. She has two men she likes and would keep you entertained by her journal entries which are primarily about her daily encounters with the men.

Renée Zellweger is absolutely amazing in this movie and she made me watch a British movie for the first time and have nothing bad to talk about it.
