This 1968 movie remains a masterpiece despite how old it is and how much technological advancement has taken place in the world since it came out.
Based on a story by Arthur Clarke, you can tell that the movie goes from being philosophical to logical, and also jumps from the seemingly impossible to the possible for it’s entire run time, yet it would still keep you hooked to your screen.
For an old movie, you can tell that the special effects are a little not as impressive as what we have come to see in this generations thanks to movies like Star Wars, however, the story about the evolution of man, how man conquered space, and man’s next major step makes the movie a great watch.
This was the best movie of its time and to remain relevant till this day shows just how good it is.
