The Good Nurse does everything it needs to in getting its message across, no more, no less, and that is despite what I consider to be two of the better actors appearing on our screens.
The script was mostly factual with a good pace setting up a tight finale. Redmayne and Chastain do everything in their power to provide a tense, gripping and gritty two hours of film but even they struggled a little at times, normal when they are going by something based on a true story.
You will be left on tenterhooks as you watch from scene to scene finding out what happens with numerous twists just as you pause from paying attention. The Good Nurse, now on Netflix is an edge of your seat film that will make you question things and should make your watchlist for the upcoming week or so.
