Wonderful adaptation and very funny. Love the horse!

Tangled is a wonderful adaptation of Rapunzel. Well written with plenty of laughs for the whole family.
Being the ninth most expensive film ever made with a budget of about $260 million, Tangled is a 2010 Disney Animation classic. This is the story of a beautiful young princess, Rapunzel with magical long blonde hair that is capable of rejuvenation. Rapunzel (voice of Mandy Moore) was stolen from the palace nursery at infant and locked in a tower by Gothel (voice of Donna Murphy) who used the power of the magical hair to keep herself young. Rapunzel is curious to experience the outside world with her chameleon. She gets her chance on the occasion of her 18th birthday when rogue Flynn Ryder (voice of Zachary Levi) climbs into her tower seeking escape from pursuers.
This movie is funny, interesting and the animations were stunning to see. However, the message seems to be more twisted than many people would notice. How would a mother so not love Rapunzel even when she keeps telling her I love you? Sounds too dishonest for me and I wonder what my kids learnt from it.
A wonderful adaptation which is even explained when you get past the end credits. Although I'm not a fan of "tangling" the original story too much they've done well to keep it very close to the original but add a common day twist. For kids it's yet another great Disney movie that can be added to the collection and one they'll want to watch over and over again.
