Private Desert was very raunchy and erotic. It wasn't really my genre and was very long, they could have made it shorter by half hour without affecting the story.
Private Desert was a very long film. Just over two hours I think and you'll need to do a lot of reading as it's subtitled. BUT, and it is a big BUT, it is a fantastic film as we step into the shoes of a violent policeman who goes on a search for a woman he met online. It's gritty and tense and dark. If it doesn't win any awards I will be very surprised. If you get the chance to watch Private Desert then make sure you switch off your phone, doorbell, everything as you'll want to concentrate and will have to to enjoy this. For me, if there was an award for best non English speaking film then this would be up there to win it.
