I quite enjoyed this take on her story. Previously been reviewed as a horror on another site??!! So wasn't expecting what it actually was. Had to keep googling whether certain things in the film were accurate or not- standard. Great casting!

Whilst other critics have panned this film, i found it moving and a sad tale of what might have been.

Its gone slighlty off script, but the tone is quite true to the orginal story.

Anna de Aarms also puts in a deep performance and does not deserve the critique given so far. Worth the screen time

Is this what film and direction has come to? Taking a Hollywood great and just making things up? I realise certain legends are made up of some truth but Blonde has taken what we factually know, turned it upside down and taken a steaming turd all over it.

Andrew Dominik deserves no plaudits for Blonde, and famous actors beware, because if this is the route they are going down you can expect t-totallers to be shown as raving alcoholics.

Ana de Armas does her job, even without changing her accent, she has afterall been paid to just act and probably couldn't care less about critics or what Marilyn might think. History will tell you that Blonde is about 90% BS and long may it be so. It was very hard watching Blonde and I've nothing to recommend any Netflix subscriber nor ask anyone to subscribe just to watch this. A sad state of affairs.
