Very cleverly written and worked out by the actors. Having two directors doesn't always work out well but in Official Competition, with the likes of Banderas, Cruz and Martinez backing both Mariano Cohn and Gastón Duprat up you get a well paced film with good funny moments and a bit of time in between to reflect on what is being said.
If you're after something entertaining this weekend then Official Competition will fit the bill perfectly.
