Life of the Party (2018)

Melissa McCarthy is one of my favourite actresses, however, I have come to realize that when she’s put in a group with other she acts well, but whenever she has to be her own woman, it’s really a different story.

Apart from Spy which wasn’t even as good as some of her other movies, she disappoints most of the time on her own, and that is the story for this movie as well.

This storyline for this movie seems good enough, the cast were also great, and the combination of jokes sometimes hit the right notes, but there were too many times that it comes off as a really boring movie.
