I absolutely love Bruce Willis and that may put me in a difficult position to review his movie because it would most likely be all positive, well, you are partially right if you think so, because I hated Die Hard 3.
However, in Die Hard 4, the franchise makes a welcome return to pure action like I have always wanted a Bruce Willis film to be. Make no mistake, this not the perfect movie. I could actually agree that the plot was weak, however, while a weak plot could make another movie flop, and this feels a little too long a movie as well, this film still offers a lot to make you enjoy watching as well as want to watch it over and over again.
I actually liked this one more than the third as it brings the more technical form of our current lives into play with computers and the devastation they can cause playing a big part. Obviously Die Hard star John McClane loves any excuse to get his gun out and this one is no different after what turns out to be a routine check turns into an all out action film that also brings his family into the story. In a way it's a shame this wasn't the final Die Hard film as this would have been a fitting ending.
