A Midsummer Night’s Sex Comedy

This is a good and funny film.

It is a classic which was made in 1982 but it is set in 1906.

Philosopher Leopold and his younger fiancée Ariel are spending the weekend with Leopold's cousin Adrian and her inventor husband Andrew. Also on the list is womanising doctor Maxwell and his new girlfriend Dolcy. However during the course everyone swap partners , old romances are coming back and new romances are formed.

However I don't know most of the people in this film but I am aware of Mary Steenburgen and Julie Hagerty.

Overall it is an amusing film and I enjoyed watching it.
