Personally I enjoyed One Way and in hindsight it could only go one way! Unexpected ending though which was a good surprise.

Some excellent performances in One Way. The usual suspects were great but the girl on the bus performed her role perfectly. This is my type of film, from the frantic pace which starts very much from the starting titles right to the end credits. It will draw you in very quickly and the characters are all woven into the story with a minimum of fuss.

Certain films you want to learn about the character in great depth but this is kept simple and to the point in a way that you know what most are about very quickly save for one or two mysteries. It's about the right length for a thriller like this but I really am greedy and wanted more of the same. Would easily watch this again a few times!

I would give 5 stars for the cast. Bringing Bacon and Fimmel together, in particular for One Way, is a great shout.

It's quite a high octane type of "on the run" film where you do get rooting for the petty thief involved without really knowing what he's about till later on. It is a standard drugs and guns film but it does balance the seriousness and the realism well, which, alongside the drama and tension that the fact he has a bullet inside him causing harm, does well to keep you hooked on til the end.
