Not many films have the right edge when doing a sequel. But this is by far the best iv seen. A little nostalgia and nod to the frist film bit keeping the story fresh and alive.
As always Cruise never disappoints, leading with new stunts and lots of action. Awesome ?

I thought Top Gun: Maverick was excellent on the big screen. It's not all dog fighting as there's plenty of dialogue and trips to the past. It's simply just a very well planned and very well thought out and scripted movie.
Top Gun, Top Movie.
Tough deciding if this is better than the original. Excellent flight sequences and sharp witty script. Easily a 5* from me.
