I love Amy Schumer and she has endeared herself further to me with her performances in this comedy. The movie brought a lighter side to my otherwise tough day, but more importantly, Schumer continues to show me that she is naturally a funny lady.
I love the way she is unashamed by her body size. When she becomes more confident about how she looks thinking that she had changed, it makes you see that self-confidence is simply an issue of the mind.
She also plays the role of a lady who has lost her confidence because she now feels uglier than before to perfection. The other characters also play their roles very well including her fellow colleague and her boss at the beauty company.
This is a perfect movie to show to people who lack confidence in their physical appearance and they’d see that is just an issue of the mind.
