Who couldn’t love this family classic?! It’s filled with beautiful adventure and great characters. Gives children a chance to learn all about the magic of Christmas from a completely different perspective. Had my younger brother and sister constantly wishing that the train would stop at our house.
This movie is so great that it is now officially a family tradition to watch it every year. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
The original book that inspired this movie has valuable messages on relationships, leadership, courage and belief, yet it is also an adventurous ride that is really thrilling to read, and that is just how this movie is also.
As the producers of this movie take the story to feature length, I have to admit that they did a commendable job in terms of keeping the story’s integrity intact.
There is consistency between the way the scenes are paced and the theme of the story, although one can’t help but notice that some of the characters know-it-all.
The animators have made an attractive movie from the story and there are some really interesting moments where you think “this is beautiful” while watching the movie.
Some of the beautiful imaginative images include waiters pouring hot chocolates whilst dancing and Santa’s huge workshop that has viewing screens.
