If you had asked me ten years ago I would have rated it higher but it's on so much its basically over played. If you haven't watched it then worth it...once.
This movie is fun to watch as well as a truly great movie. One thing that makes movies of this kind to be failures is when the jokes don’t catch on, however, in this movie the jokes really flow well and you’d struggle to find a dull moment in between.
This is just not any other zombie movie, and while there are several movies in this genre out there, this one truly stands apart from the rest even though it could have been more.
One thing about horror movies is that they almost always have predictable plots, however, this one stands itself out by bringing a fun outlook on zombie stories. It is interesting to know that it is a parody, because it almost doesn’t feel like one.
Shown soooo often now on tv that's it been overwatched, would rather watch ads. If they didn't show it every day then I'd give it a bit more.
One of the best horror/comedy films I have seen due to a mix of zombie filled gore and on point comedy. Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are an excellent duo, excellent acting combined with a good script.
