Well written, fresh idea and worth watching if you get the chance.
A nice family film but sad in a way. Music was good aswell.
I remember seeing this movie in the cinema 4 years ago as a special treat.
For me this movie is funny and enjoyable.
After his kind take over Earth, a boov named OH (voiced by Jim Parsons seen on Big Bang Theory) joins forces with the only human left on Earth, a girl named Tip ( voiced by Rihanna). He soon starts his adventure and tries to find the mother of the daughter, who has been relocated with the other humans.
It may not be the film for everyone, when I first saw it in the cinema one of my parents didn’t really enjoy it. The Boovs can sometimes speak a bit different from English. If you start to realise that you don’t understand what they are saying then don’t bother watching it.
However for me I think this film is a good family film.
Very long winded and quite an emotional film, not a film I'm likely to watch again.
Oh my gosh this movie is good! It’s filled with laughter and silly mistakes and mess-ups and it’s brilliant. Some may same I’m too old to watch these animations, but this movie proves that no one could possibly be too old! In a world faced by a supposed ‘alien apocalypse’, the crazy boov called ‘oh’ begins his journey to try and find Tip’s mum after they were separated by his people.
As he longs for acceptance, Oh is forced to face his fears to do what’s right. Great movie for all the family (And I mean all!).
