Given we got the commonwealth games on at the mo Fittest On Eart Next Generation is timed perfectly for it. A few new faces if you've not kept up to date and gives a lot of inspiration if you're trying to do the same as these athletes.

Kind of starts off where it left the first one. A few returnees who claim they had retired make it more interesting and of course some fresh faces. It's an inspiring documentary much like the last.

Felt knackered just watching it!

Good doc. Makes you wanna get trainers on and get out there!

Hard as nails this lot. Good documentary. not seen the first but will watch after seeing this.
