The question of how good this movie really is dependent on individuals, I say this because I see that it is a favourite for so many people and it garnered so many accolades for whatever reason.

Personally, I think this is one of the most overrated movies that I have ever known about. One thing that turns me off is how overplayed the dysfunctional family scene was. Kevin Spacey is a brilliant actor, but on this evidence, he also could be an overrated act as well.

How did he start smoking pot out of the blues? Why was his wife so unhappy yet she did not get a divorce? This movie have won several awards in the year it was released, but like most movies that are overhyped, this one doesn’t impress me.
