I would have rather endured a stake to the heart, then endure another minute of this movie. Worst thing to happen to vampires since the creation of garlic!! The actors SUCK worse then the characters they are playing! This movie Bites! You’ve been warned!
Not much to see in Slayers that we haven't seen before. You have the friends trapped, vampires come out of the woodwork, they need saving, hero turns up, and that's really about it.
A few funny moments might get you through the whole film and the action sequences are alright but by the end I wished I could have become a vampire myself just to be staked through the heart.
The acting in Slayers was fine, nothing to complain about and the fx were good with certain deaths entertaining but you won't get many clips like you do from The Thing and Nightmare on Elm Street.
Slayers will have its fans and I respect that. Vampire fans will find something new in this but not me. I found Slayers to be too much of a run of the mill film which are shipped out weekly and will, I believe, be quickly forgotten.
