Not the greatest 85 minutes spent in my life watching a film. Devil’s Workshop just wasn't paced right, it was very hit and miss, one moment you had the buildup, then it goes off at a tangent and doesn't return to the same tense darkness. It was very odd.
The acting was good and there's nothing to complain about there which helps and makes it something you could watch over the coming weeks. The idea is actually pretty good, some method actors really do their research and while this is just one for an audition the idea is the same, it's just not that great and not one I'd suggest you add to a watchlist.
