Barry Coe
Barry Coe is an American actor who was born on November 26, 1934, in Santa Monica, California. He is best known for his work in film and television during the 1950s and 1960s.
Coe began his acting career in the mid-1950s, and his early roles included appearances in films such as “One Desire” (1955) and “Dragstrip Girl” (1957). He gained more recognition for his role as “Buddy” in the film adaptation of the musical “South Pacific” (1958).
In addition to his film work, Coe also made numerous appearances on television. He guest-starred in popular series of the time, including “Perry Mason,” “Alfred Hitchcock Presents,” and “The Twilight Zone.” Coe had a recurring role as “Davey” in the series “The Brothers Brannagan” (1960-1961).
Despite his early success, Coe’s career in Hollywood began to decline in the late 1960s. He made fewer on-screen appearances in the following decades, although he did continue to work sporadically in film and television. Coe had a brief return to prominence in the early 1990s when he appeared in the popular TV series “Twin Peaks” (1990-1991).
