Alex Vincent
Alex Vincent is an American actor known for his role as Andy Barclay in the “Child’s Play” horror film series. He was born on April 29, 1981, in Newark, New Jersey.
Vincent made his film debut at the age of six in the original “Child’s Play” (1988), playing the role of Andy, a young boy who becomes the target of a possessed doll named Chucky. He reprised his role in the sequel “Child’s Play 2” (1990) and made a cameo appearance in “Curse of Chucky” (2013) and “Cult of Chucky” (2017).
Though his most notable work is in the “Child’s Play” franchise, Vincent has also appeared in other films such as “Wait until Spring, Bandini” (1989) and “Dead Country” (2008). He has also worked on some short films and has made occasional television appearances.
After taking a break from acting, Vincent returned to the horror genre with the release of the film “Curse of Chucky,” reconnecting with the iconic character that brought him fame.
